What this site does

• It is served as static files. There is no application behind it, no database and no user accounts.
• It sets no cookies and uses no local storage.
• It runs no scripts, neither its own nor anyone else's. The pages contain no JavaScript at all.
• It loads nothing from third parties: the font is hosted here, there are no CDNs, no web fonts from external services, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising, no social plugins.
• Videos are plain links to YouTube. Nothing is loaded from YouTube and no data reaches it until a visitor clicks such a link and leaves this site. From that point, the terms of the operator of that platform apply.

Server log data

Delivering a web page requires the server to process the visitor's IP address, the time of the request, the requested path, the HTTP status and the browser's user-agent string (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). This site writes no access log: that data is used to deliver the page and is not stored, not merged with other data and not used to profile visitors.

Contacting us by email

If you write to info@gateshift.org, your address and the content of your message are processed for the sole purpose of answering it (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Correspondence is kept as long as needed for the matter and any statutory retention period, and is not passed on to third parties.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Write to info@gateshift.org to exercise them.
